ARRANGE SCHEDULE EAT & SLEEP PATTERNS BABY

Baby Eating Schedule

      Baby feeding schedule should be set and applied on a daily basis, ranging from after he woke up in the morning until the evening before bed. Food given course should contain a variety of nutrients that the baby needs, namely carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals, and water. 8-10 months (gradual)

8:00 (breakfast): Rice team strain / milk porridge
10.00 (snack): Fresh Fruit
12:00 (lunch): Rice team strain
14:00 (before nap): ASI
16:00 (snack): Fresh Fruit
18:00 (dinner): Rice team strain
21:00 (before bed): ASI


19-12 months (gradual)

06:00 (wake up): ASI / PASI
8:00 (breakfast): porridge milk / rice ordinary team
10.00 (snack): Fresh fruit or biscuits
12:00 (lunch): a team of rough rice
14:00 (before nap): ASI / PASI
16:00 (snack): Fresh fruit or biscuits
